Na Alemanha, a lógica das bolsas foi aplicada a bares, e os clientes são "investidores" no mercado de cervejas. Onde o preço da cerveja é flutuante e o crash da bolsa de valores é o evento mais esperado da noite. O sistema ficou conhecido como Bierbörse , e embora se refira principalmente a cerveja, em alguns lugares pode ser estendido a todas as bebidas (do espumante à coca-cola).

In Germany the stock market system was applied to pubs where the clients are the "investors" in the beer market. where the beer prices are floating and the crash is the most expected happening of the night.
