Liguid Time Series is a video installation created by Camille Utterback in which participant’s physical location controls time in a pre-recorded video clip. As participants move closer to the screen they travel forward in time, but only in the area of the screen directly in front of them.Viewers are tracked by an overhead camera. When severeal people move in front of the projection screen the imagery becomes very complex since it portrays the same location at different points in time.
Check out a video of the installation.
