Amnesty International Portugal - Freedom Dictionary case

Para comemorar o primeiro aniversário das revoluções no Norte de África e Médio oriente, a Amnistia Internacional Portugal pediu à TORKE que criasse algo que envolvesse a comunidade internacional no assunto, uma vez que a liberdade de expressão ainda assim, não é respeitada. Assim, a TORKE, em parceria com a agência WIZ Interactive, criou o projecto Freedom Dictionary, onde cada utilizador pôde libertar uma palavra, partilhá-la nas redes sociais e contribuir para num dicionário colaborativo que, mais tarde, foi de facto enviado para os países com revoluções a decorrer.




To commemorate the first anniversary of the revolutions in North Africa and Middle East, Amnesty International Portugal asked TORKE to create something that would gather the international community on the subject, since freedom of speech is not yet respected. Thus, Torke, in partnership with the agency WIZ Interactive, created the Freedom Dictionary project, where each user could release a word, share it on social networks and contribute to a collaborative dictionary, that was later on, sent to the countries with revolutions still taking place.
